Synopsis
The Tohoku conflict comes to a provisional end— Yet tensions continue to simmer, both in Tohoku and with the Hiroshima yakuza at the center of the West Japan Mutsumikai. Amid this uneasy standoff, a minor clash in Fukui sparks a full-scale conflict between the local Sakashita-gumi and Kyowakai.
