Synopsis
The unforgettable, striking, and emotionally raw story of Eddie, a young bodybuilder struggling to define himself in a community with limited opportunity. Eddie lives under the intense influence of his deeply codependent mother while grappling with gay sexual desires that clash with the rigid religious beliefs that shape his world. Convince that his only path forward is through perfecting the body God gave him, Eddie pursues bodybuilding with an obsessive devotion that ultimately forces him to questions of identity, masculinity, and faith.
